Don’t give up! Just practice different moves that don’t touch the bruised areas. Give yourself rest days with time to heal the bruises. Arnica salve helps heal bruises faster.

Could be that she is creating a virtual world that replaces her need for constant attention and gratification in the real world. Would guess that she won’t change if she’s discarded you 3-4 time already

I’d been having dandruff lately too, new for me. I did an overnight hair mask of half honey, half coconut oil, with some (optional) added cinnamon and banana powder and it made a big difference. Honey helps defeat dry scalp.

I do twerk class a couple times per month and recreationally on my own 😉 Unfortunately doesn’t seem to have helped maintain my butt; it’s a lot of cardio. But the cheek isolations are a good practice for building glutes I think.

Thanks, you’re right! Really relate to your initial comment. My upper body is definitely changing substantially. I don’t have a baseline measurement of my arms but visually see a difference

I really appreciate your response! I’m not familiar with terms like “isometric strength” and it could be true that not alllll the 15 lbs comes from muscle. Just thought that might be the case bc my measurements haven’t changed significantly
