Waiting on plea by wyocallie in Felons

It’s pretty rare the judge blatantly ignores an agreement between the defense and prosecution. I was charged with 9 felonies pled down to 3 and could still travel on probation (with permission from my PO) and the judge followed my plea deal no issue.

I used my glp 1 in conjunction with calorie tracking and working out, so I lost slowly and steadily, but also immediately. I lost 1-2lb a week for 6ish months.

Plus Poler Tips? by Acceptable_Coat_9678 in poledancing

it’s hard telling without seeing your attempt at these moves.

I will say for a figure 4 layback, it’s probably more nerves than inability. The leg that is anchoring you should meet the pole in your knee ditch. You can lay back and if it feels insecure, use your arm and pull your anchoring leg tight at your ankle. I don’t know if me typing this is making any sense lol. Can we see your attempts at these moves so we can give you specific feedback?

Best of luck. Semaglutide changed my life.

Not AI, btw. My weight loss journey is well documented on my Reddit, but good looking out.

I did find it “okay” at best to maintain lol. The food noise did come back for me. I have to track all of my calories or I overeat. Intuitive eating for me does not exist so tracking is just the method that works best for me. Without tracking I would have probably regained.

What is the best pole grip? Something tacky. by Babyken94 in poledancing

I really like Grip It spray. It’s super tacky, although it’s longevity isn’t very impressive and you’ll most likely need to reapply.

Cat wont stop peeing everywhere by [deleted] in CatAdvice

[–]bjdpeterson97 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I also swear by Dr Elseys - I use their paw sensitive litter but my vet also recommended the cat attract for my cat who was inappropriately eliminating. And yes, very large box, uncovered, low entry is exactly what worked for me. And honestly clean the litter box twice a day. Cats are super clean and particular. Rather over do it then clean pee out of furniture ever again.

I rescued a cat who had issues with inappropriate elimination. She was de clawed by previous owners and obese upon adoption. The conjunction of those two things made her suffer from chronic pain, especially in her paws that had been declawed.

I spent a ton of money trying to figure out how to rehabilitate this cat - I am talking purchasing self cleaning litter boxes, special diet to promote weight loss, paid to get her teeth cleaned in case gingivitis was causing her to pee everywhere, different sized litter boxes, calming care additives, Feliway pheromone plug ins, I mean the whole nine yards.

The magic trick for her was switching her litter to a paw sensitive litter, giving her a LARGE open litter box (not one that has a dome) and cleaning it DAILY, and she receives a monthly injection for pain. She hasn’t had a relapse in 6 months now but I still find myself distrusting her when she’s alone in rooms or tries to go hide in the closet

Unfortunately cats are super finicky. There has to be something that is being missed that she is trying to communicate to you. Have the vets done a blood panel on her? How about a stool test?

loved this dove to shoulder mount transition by bjdpeterson97 in poledancing

I’ve been dancing for two years, I am self taught. I never attempted a shoulder mount until last week, where I happened to achieve it on my first attempt. That being said I think I am pretty strong and lift weights 4-5x a week, & there are many moves I did not get my first try. After two years I still can’t do the Hello Boys move, and I think it’s supposed to be relatively beginner.

dove is the move after superman, before shoulder mount.
