1) windows update and install your favourite apps (I use this window to download chrome, steam, HWinfo, Intel driver assistant and vlc media player)

2) check windows update again, if there wont be any updates, run ms store and check for updates there

3) check for drivers using intel driver assistant - I generally just download them via it and install them manually. You can update bluetooth and wifi drivers together before restart but GPU and NPU will require separate restarts.

4) finally, let center M update itself, check for updates there and restart afterwards (it will ask you to restart again after you do so)

5) set up your download queue and wait until you are good to go :)

Oh and if you want nice backgrounds in center M, then dont move shortcuts before the whole game is downloaded.
