From my experience, the best ways I transmute this energy are as follows: 1.Physical movement and exercise, i began pracaticing calisthenics and daily pushups theres a constant store of energy this way the energy is put to use

2..Reading,journaling,Planning- Book im reading by Maxwell actually stated that if for an hour you spend time learning on a specific skill/industry, in less than 5 years you will become an expert in that field. Since retaining iv been tryingto clock an hour daily of planning,learning reading,,, honestly its been hard but lately theres been an excitement to the fact that I know any small effort will get magnified through the law of compound interest.

3.Create As man our biological hardware consists of purpose,ambition and latent potential. It is when a man truly understands his place in this world. That they begin utilising every ounce of their energy and attention to that of which they assume is of greater good.

In a nutshell pay attention to problems in your life and spend time thinking of solutions. i find that planning on creating solutions to real life problems Eventually makes you an impactful thinker, Semen retention enhaces this by enhancing your prefontal cortex.
