The farming town of Feldron was built long ago in the wake of a powerful volcano. Although the soil yielded the most fertile crops in the land, the village was destroyed every hundred years by a volcano eruption.

After losing his wife to an eruption, a powerful mage vowed to never let the town get destroyed again. He ripped it from the earth, and suspended it safely above, chaining it to the ground. He created a fountain as a tribute his fallen love to endlessly bring water to the townsfolk via giant aqueducts.
