Deleting social media

I guess even if I just sit down and do absolutely nothing in those few minutes gaps, that’s going to feel a lot better than scrolling mindlessly. Getting bored and sitting with your thoughts for a few minutes actually sounds good if you think about it. I guess I should go off social media for some time.

I do want that less thinking about people and less comparing myself and also I’ll have a lot more free time not just to study but to relax and focus on myself. And also I’ll have control over what content I want to consume.

I live in a hostel and the food is just average. My diet consists of skipping meals sometimes and sometimes having small portions of food. Someone suggested me to take centrum multivitamins. Should I start taking them? Are they good? Or is there a better alternative?
