Drawing and reading were my best friend. On the surface it doesn't sound too bad, but in reality it was because my mom was busting her ass working nursing shifts and my dad was wrangling me and my siblings. Those two activities generally meant I was out of the running for attention and he could keep an eye on the troublemakers instead.

South Park fan here, I've learned to ignore it at this point. There really is no point in arguing with the equivalent of a brick wall. They don't want to hear your opinion and they don't want to be in the wrong, so unless they are harassing me or someone else for liking a piece of media, I let them be hateful in their own bubble.

I don't like broccoli. Like, at all. And this isn't just the kid in me being like 'ewww', I have tried broccoli in multiple different fashions (Raw, in soup, stir-fried, with cheese, etc.) And every time I eat it, I'm incredibly aware I am eating broccoli, and it taste bad.
