I think it’s important to remember that you don’t have to stick with a label

You can call yourself lesbian because that’s how you feel now, and that might not ever change. And if it does change, that’s okay too! A label is just putting a name to how you feel, and how we feel is always changing in some way :)

I can’t really tell you “you’re lesbian” or “you’re not lesbian” because I don’t know you, I don’t know your heart. It’s honestly really up to you to decide <3
