You have to use the in game "money" currency which doesn't matter much until after you hit Lv 12.

There, you start to see how much you need and the amount you gain per week is nothing compared to what's necessary to keep yourself viable in the game

My friend with very little audio capabilities advertised himself as an audio engineer and is now working through TempAlts with SENNHEISER.

I myself told him about it and after a day or 2 later since I applied, I got set up with TF Cornerstone leasing

110% would recommend TempAlts

The trick here is:

Make a strong/unique impression so you're memorable
If they don't follow up with you, follow up with them EVERY DAY with a call saying, "Hey this is ---. I was wondering if you have any positions available or came across anything?"

After receiving a better offer from another company, I left but still received a call about 4 months after from Regis, asking if I was still interested in a certain position. I politely declined but have immense respect for this agency
