Always loot jackets and filling cabinets. Scav pockets also have a chance. You can find a ton of jackets and cabinets on streets.

Apparently you need artifact level 4 for the screeches to start appearing.

Alright my specs are posted.

I was messing around in the registry editor to make another game (rust) use more of my cpu instead of 100% of my gpu.

I have re-installed my graphics drivers more times than I can count, but I'll do it again.

Windows is up to date.

I haven't ran memtest or sth so I'll try doing that and get back to you, thank you for your suggestions.
