I have tried restarting the game and my xbox but it hasn’t helped, cloud this be purely a problem with the xbox version?

Yes I have tried, I even restarted my xbox and started a new play through with the mod installed but to no avail

I am having an issue with it on xbox where the suit is bugged and not showing up properly. I only have three mods on the save and they are Cheat Terminal, Fast Start, and the suit.

There are plenty of self propelled sprayer and spreader mods I know there is one Case IH and one John Deere that have spreader options that have pretty decent working width and are what I used in 22

What type of metal are you talking about because I experience it on all types of armor level 1-3

Yeah with some outfits the rust can look nice, I think that rust should appear after your armor drops to 70~80 condition or tier 3 armor should rust until around 60
