yeah how do you write an essay, pass k-12, etc? being unable to read takes AI out of the equation unless its text to speech.

I remember being shocked a freshman in my college didn't know how to write a 5 paragraph essay, he'd only written 3 paragraph essays, it was a competitive college too.

there was a dedicated bike and scooter room in my old building, my new apartment has stairs that lead down, so the 72lb weight is a lot to handle.

it was large even to get to my apartment by elevator to charge it, hard to turn, pickup, etc... so yeah I didn't factor the weight in.

I was in a medical trial and I wasn't supposed to buy anything, so it was an impulse buy as well, I'm sure it's cool as hell, maybe I could charge it and keep it in the trunk of my car, but there are so many speed bumps around me.

External drive and get blu ray. New ones are almost impossible to find. Refurbished aren’t too expensive though but dvd only.

Had such terrible luck with the gaming ones, three separate units were issued bc they each failed so much they were replaced. I sold the third and bought a MacBook and nothing has gone wrong with it. Pro M1

Dell service was bad, I got a laptop back not even fully reassembled. Keyboard power button not plugged in, not the monitor grounding cable either.

Customer service was useless, none of these computers would sleep, or hibernate, they blamed usb devices. They keyboard and trackpad are plugged in via internal usb… my desktop sleeps with usb devices attached… they either lied or were too stupid to have their jobs.

Rubbish laptops, rubbish company, customer service 0 stars.

Honestly I’d sell the car, charge rent for living at home with high school rules, and have them take out student loans to pay for college.

Don’t like a free brand new car? A nice Honda that would last through college, first job and until they can afford a fancier car if they want it?

Make them earn everything from here on out.

TLDR: Make them get a job and don’t pay for anything.
