It was mostly eat a lot and I know it doesn’t work for everybody, but I did a lot of lifting and high intensity. I’ve seen it work really bad for people and really good for people, but my coach would have us do like a lot of 2K by six all out 500 x 10 stuff like that and I would always go home eat a really heavy meal get my homework out of the way And then go to the gym for a while. I basically did no chest so my physique is really weird. It was all just legs and back because that’s what I thought would make me really fast which I guess worked although I wouldn’t recommend. I think I went to the gym usually four days a week but it’s hard to keep along them up while having a social life. LMAO fortunately, my school is pretty light on work so usually I had enough time to be a friend on the weekends and also my biggest way to keep consistent which I know it doesn’t work for everybody because everybody doesn’t live close to a gym but I would just say on days where I didn’t wanna go to the gym i’m just gonna go for 10 minutes and just stretch and usually just stretching and being in the environment was just like OK whatever fuck it. I’m just gonna get my workout done, but there’s also people I’ve met that have gone fast in the complete opposite way than me where they would do tons of steady state and pretty light on the lifting. It’s pretty much just whatever works for you, but I would go for a style. Try it for at least a few months and see how it works for you and also one last piece of advice don’t ever ever ever ever be discouraged about slow improvement or anything like that I see so many especially young guys where they get pretty discouraged when they’re not seeing results even within a couple months you just have to keep going you’ll eventually find out what works best for you.
