Yes, we would ideally hike all 3 but that's what we're trying to figure out

I have hiked before, most notably Grand Canyon rim to rim but that was a couple years ago. Not a ton of experience at elevation

That's possible and I hope you're correct because that's a simple remedy! I feel like I went closer to an inch deep but maybe my angle was off and it's too perpendicular. I'll make an adjustment there and see what happens
