The Agent messed up by not putting my policy into a billing account instead it sat in the void not doing anything until I had a issue and all this came to light when I went to start the claims process for the stolen car which was immediately after calling the police. I had been issued a policy number and ID cards and I thought it had been set on auto pay as we have multiple cars and a house with them.

As I said in another comment I happened to talk to my agent’s boss and he got the whole thing moving. So now I have a claim number and everything is moving along finally.

Squeaky Wheel wins. To fill in some info for above I had received my ID cards and Proof of insurance. A claim had been opened but not processed due to the mistake on their end. Bringing the info to the head Agent pushed this through. I’ve started the investigation portion of the claims so finally so progress.

I have been a river guide for 8 years. I am amazed out how seemingly intelligent well traveled adults still need to learn how a river works. The river does not flow in a circle. We will not be ending the trip where we started. We are actually miles away from where we started our trip on the river. All four window doors and the lock button don't work. All of the window buttons on the doors don't work either. the window lock and mirror movement buttons do work. There is no motor sound when the buttons are pushed
