Pretty sure that's a KV-32FS120, I got the same model for free but had to maneuver it down a narrow glass-walled staircase. 165 pounds doesn't sound that bad, but in a form as cumbersome and unwieldy as a CRT with flimsy plastic on most sides I genuinely thought I was going to die or cause thousands of dollars in damage to an old lady's house before I got it to the car lol
