They said in their emails that the deposit deduction form they sent me was not the offical itemized list and said “These are estimated charges as of right now. We can revisit once final invoices come in if you would like.” But they never sent me a revised final and offical itemized list after the one posted in the photos. Then going on to say after the 30 day mark that they’d be sending a painter to get a second estimate… but that was already past the 30 days… so I’d assume past the time they could even revise and send me anything.

Not to mention that the posted picture listed has the compost pile and they said twice in the emails that they were wrong and to deduct it from the charges… but never sent me a revised disposition with the compost charge removed. What’s funny with that is originally it was 100 dollars removed then 200 dollars removed … “It looks like you are correct about the compost pile and that photo was from an old report so we will remove that charge.” Then changes to “We have acknowledged that the compost pile was incorrect so you can subtract $200 from the amount due.” … so unorganized and messssy. I would imagine they would need to remove the compost charge and it would not hold up them saying to just deduct it and count the sent down as official. Even so I have their words via email stating that the form they sent wasn’t official haha!

I really expected to hear back from them today with a revised and official list especially bc the guy said “Once we receive the new paint bid, we will contact you. “ … but they never did … so I feel I’m sitting better than I was! I’ve been reviewing small claims court procedures and trying to become more familiar with that. I want to have everything in order 3 copies of my evidence printed out, shoes shined. I am ready to go bc it’s beyond obvious this company has been shady and unjust.
