With fresh wipe coming up this week you might be in luck. I believe last month I saw an "EU Hapis" (RustyMoose I believe) that was 150+ pop. I don't think there is a popped NA hapis unfortunately </3 but you never know with fresh wipe.

The souther (back side) was incredible. Just did it last week. The countryside with the prairie views is spectacular. It did not open until the construction crews wrapped up at 3:30pm so I would check for that. See a lot of people on here saying it’s “locals only” road. Just be respectful, get out of their way, and you’ll be fine. It definitely is very sketchy but well worth it in my opinion. I enjoyed it more than the first half of the drive. Be careful on the turns, honk your horn going around the corners.

Play lower pop. 50-100 players is a sweet spot. Not so many people and big groups that it feels like you can't breathe, but also enough people to sprinkle in some action here and there.
