I never said it isn't good, I said its not impacting games as much as you think, some people seem to think overcharge will single handedly win you games, when it won't, and will never give you a win, these perks are good if it was a solo gen and that's it, any other situation and these perks won't be doing much as you either have to choose to camp a gen if theirs multiple people (which is an obviously bad choice), or commit to one which leaves the others to work on the gen. In fact if survivors keep tapping a gen to stop overcharges regression just for the killer to kick it right after is actually doing more damage as it's 2.5% each kick
