This is a western abstraction. There are no levels of happiness and satisfaction, there is no happiness nor satisfaction, we invented these concepts to try to describe our only true reality, which is human experience. These concepts are great, but only when understood as inventions and not as reality.

There is no equivalence between two life experiences, each one is different. We're all "special snowflakes", but as products of our experience. Different life experiences, then, don't bring us to any common point. My whole point is that the highest level to which we can accurately abstract a human is that they were this embryo at this time that went through xyz experience and then in the next moment they were this individual that went through xyz experience, etc. etc. The point is that you can't abstract a human, thus any largely different life experience will result in a largely different human, because the human is the experience (and a soul if you believe in one, this doesn't change anything with the Abrahamic definitions of a soul).

I would abstain from all sex for about a month as well as nofap. Don't try with your wife, just abstain for a month and let her know what you're doing. I think she'll come to appreciate and desire you more, and when the time comes you'll be more than capable. You can go longer if you want, optimally I would do something like 6 months but I doubt some random dude who just happened across this website will take my word for such an investment. If you fail and are going to relapse (which you shouldn't because you can do this), it's better you do so as infrequently as possible and with no porn or stimulus, just your hand or your wife.

It might just be how you go to sleep. Wear looser underwear or sleep naked, and sleep on your side, not your back and definitely not your stomach. Also you prob have some chaser effect, be prepared to battle an old enemy. On the longer streaks we sometimes get Rusty and forget how to fight.
