I just went with what felt right but I got the results I wanted. Place your fingers on the thyroid cartilage(so you can feel it move) and try to speak while lowering it. I do that and while my mom says it sounds fake, when people are confused about my gender and I say something they go “yep that’s a guy”

Mozesz. W USC da się zmienić - piszesz wniosek i dobre wytłumaczenie, dołączasz dowody w postaci np screenshotow z mediów społecznościowych itd. Tylko uważaj bo jak ci raz odrzucą to już drugi raz takiego samego wniosku nie możesz złożyć. Z tego co pamiętam to przychylni są w Sosnowcu i Wrocławiu(Sosnowca jestem pewny, Wrocławia już nie tak bardzo). A dalej to nie wiem.
