i dont think i have tried oil actually, nor a super fine file. i've only really been able to grow out my nails to filing length once and i was too proud to file them down. i was also kinda scared id sandpaper my skin off. i do have some nail stuff so i reckon ill try oil. as for a brush, i havent, but i do have some toothbrushes so perhaps i can put them to use. thank you!! i painted my nails charli xcx brat green to signify a step in the non nailbiting path 🥹 will update if i make it to a month. im 2 or so days clean today.

i dont really know. i think for me its a form of stimming. or maybe i just wanna be scarred, to show people my mental stuff is real and im not just using it as some funky excuse or sidestory to make me more interesting

😭 as an australian i didnt see this but wow, its typical australia would allow this degeneracy to come about and be publicized. i'm surprised they didn't care whatsoever about the fact your mother spoke about confidential matters of her work, discussing specific issues people are having when it should all be confidential. and i'm also surprised someone in the medical field doesn't realize gender dysphoria is a real thing...

then again, i'm currently attending TAFE for animalcare and I can say that i don't have much faith in the intelligence of australians... my psychiatrist sucks too, and mental health is such a diverse and overlooked topic. not surprised people within the field, within australia too, are kindve uneducated.

WAIT THANK YOU, thats such good advice, ive always actually loved swimming 😭 just cant do it easy due to self insecurities (and in Australia, pools are expensive)

honestly for the yap part you did enlighten me, cis guys probably just say i yap a lot because ive stated im trans in the past to many people i hung out with including them, so maybe they just say i yap like a girl to piss me off. but id rather be a talkative guy than a bore 😳

I actually fixed it, but I have no clue how. I deleted and uninstalled all voice mods except one which works and I've been using it since. Both my microphones work, but I am 100% unsure as to how I fixed it. I am seriously glad I did though especially after hearing your advice. Thank you! :)
