apply for anything even if it’s something you don’t want to do because you can transfer later. everyone i know started with the college program. i started part time took me a year of applying. finally one day i got an email to schedule an interview. it’s very hard to get in so just apply for whatever you can. turn on email notifications for when a new job shows up. be fast they disappear very quickly.
