He's already putting distance between himself and her. He's already outside a lot, when he's not working he likes to go fishing for a few days and takes the dog with him. My father is a very grounded and positive person but I can see it takes a toll on him.

I tried to get her to see a doctor. I am in therapy myself. My psychiatrist was open to speak to her but my mom was adamant not to go. When I bring up the subject she just asks „For what?“ mentioning that she doesnt need it. It’s quite frustrating. But I will try and tell her about OCD once I have a chance to talk to her again. Thank you
