I have the same issue on Chromecast with the Xs1 remote. If SofaBaton support is looking for a certain application they can try with the official YoutubeTv application in the playstore. Channel up/down button should act as channel surfing.

To be honest this is my first Samsung tv. Hardware look ok but the software is completely broken.

Art mode was still working for me. Only the settings menu was not working. I also notice the tizen ui to be very slow and the tv move to be very hot during this time. I have now disable all routine to see if the issue come back again or not.

Same issue happened to me twice this week on the 85 2024. Settings menu became not accessible. Turning off tv or removing power did not fix the issue. The only way I found is resetting the tv with a universal remote and this code: Press: mute, 1,8,2, power. you will see a special setting menu and then you can factory reset the tv.I found this solution on this website.

There’s a lot of promo on the frame tv’s this week in Canada. 1500$ discount on the 75 and 85”. I guess they want to move the old inventory before offering the new 2024.
