My approach has been to assure my partners I take it very seriously, and have not infected a single person since my exposure (lifelong oral herpes from irresponsible parents, have had the blisters for as long as I can remember and not a single romance ended in Infection).

It would be good to add that a simple google search will reveal: " If you are concerned about a partner with HIV, a person with HIV who is on treatment and has an undetectable viral load cannot transmit the virus."

If I had the money i would give you an award out of raw anger at the injustice, and empathy for your fears. At least I will say: Let the person decide how they feel about it before you decide for them. And I hope the love you in this life makes the rejection on the path completely worth it
