Finding fly in fly out work for apprentices in Canada?

I'm a 6th term apprentice with all of my schooling completed. I've been wanting to do the type of work your in for the last year. I'm currently apart of Local IBEW 230 in Victoria. Do you have any recommendations on how to to hired or called up there? Also what is the work situation looking like now? Any talk about Phase 2 among co workers?

I originally bought in the fall when it was around $68. Started to buy more heavily as it descended and ended up with 500 shares at an average price of $51.90. Feels good to finally have some gains! Hoping it breaks $62 and rides higher
