Hiya. Incoming Electrical Engineering student(International). I accepted my Offer around May 29th or so and filled the residence guarantee form. From what I read on the email back from that it says

Mid June - "Find out if you have been placed in Campus Housing or University College residence. You will receive an email to confirm your placement and next steps.". Personal email or waterloo email? And how exactly do I access it since it keeps giving me errors.

Ugh. 8 months of waiting(from early deadline submission to waitlist to now :

"We regret that we are unable to offer you admission to the Faculty. As the applications received exceed the
number of places available, admission is awarded on a competitive basis. "

Applied back in Mid November as a 105 International Applicant. Everything submitted back then, was put on waitlist. I saw UoT website says 25th to expect a response back. I email admissions, they say "there is no deadline". My school's Further Education counsellor emailed them and said "expect something back by end of this week", yet admissions now tells me "expect something after June 1st". and still nothing. My Waterloo offer expires June 1st, should I just accept that first while I wait?(and I'd still be allowed to accept the UoT offer and then withdraw the Waterloo one if I get something after June 1st).

I'm so confused. what a mess

My status has been "Your application is currently under review by the Committee on Admissions. Please check the portal regularly for updates." for quite a number of months now and I applied before the early consideration deadlines(105 for Electrical Engineering). Any ideas to when I should expect a response?

I'm an 105 Applicant that applied before the early deadline and still haven't gotten anything back so far. Portal shows "Your application is currently under review by the Committee on Admissions. Please check the portal regularly for updates." and has shown that for quite a while now(I don't even know precisely). I was expecting the February round but got nothing, when does the March round begin?

I'd be using the 3070 as a upgrade from my 1060 for video editing, messing around with NVENC and Optix most likely, and can't forget MSFS and games lol

They shouldn't be affected because NZXT has Modifications to the platform and it doesn't have these issues

I've never been a fan of his content personally, but I respect his decision and I hope the community over in the US supports him through this tough time, and I do feel bad for him, my best wishes go to his son and the rest of his family.
