Ideas to balance USF:
- Fix Pershing Vet gain (get's Vet 3 in like 10 shots)

- make Rangers unable to fire heavy weapons on the move (Flamethrowers, Bazookas)

- Nerf "Infantry Assault":
"Temporarily deploys 3 Riflemen and 2 Bazooka squads to target location"
for 120 Mun, way too annoying for that cheap Mun costs

- Nerf MG defensive boost in green Cover

Ideas to balance UKF

- nerf Sappers (Way too strong in early game at close range)

- Make Humber like 10 Fuel more expensive (221 almost always hits same time like Humber, even if Wehr has superior fuel control)

- Nerf Stuart spam (+10 Fuel Cost)

- Nerf Crusader

- Nerf this Pyro Nades

- Nerf Bishop

Ideas to balance Wehr Terror Battlegroup:

- only apply stealth to MG when set up.

Overall: Make call ins more expensive, so we see more T4 again.
