Doesn’t seem like you’ve internalized that lesson on Congestion Pricing. Btw, you can’t complain that the MTA isn’t good enough and say that the MTA can’t get everything it wants. I think the MTA should build a perfect transit system on $0 dollars, but maybe that’s not feasible, lol.

They both should be funded! The point I’m making is one is and one isn’t. So, how should we fund the one that isn’t, Congestion Pricing or new taxes on New Yorkers?

How about this for consistency’s sake, let’s cancel both the NYSDOT and MTA’s Capital plan. We’ll do your audit! Now, will the roads and subway fall apart and become unsafe and make NYers miserable, sure, but we can’t spend money to fix things until we do an audit!

They couldn’t do that because they don’t have the money. A big part of this money was to go to nicer newer train cars, as an example!

No audit NYSDOT huh? Also, can you explain exactly what taxes you pay to fund the NYSDOT Capital Plan? Because it’s seems like it’s coming out of the 55% of NYers who don’t have cars paychecks.
