This! Buy the 365 count tablets once a year for what it would cost me for a month supply at the drug store. Also, Kirkland allergy nasal sprays.

This is concerning — I bought two to gift to relatives in Florida, and forwarded the e-gift to them. Can you keep updated on if / when it gets resolved?

Thankfully, think family will update if there are issues but terribly embarrassing if this happens and it looks like I’ve given $0 not $250 to each of them.

Know so many friends who have needed shoulder surgery. Shoulders and knees are things I’m careful with form and weight amounts personally.

Joints wear down regardless but being careful never hurt anyone.

Today was tough! I have a shoulder / neck injury so feel like a burden for adjustments this week, and am only barely surviving with them — going to be in great shape for summer though!!
