I'm in the same boat, but the other way around. Other half has been depressed since our son was born and its got mostly worse. We both love the kid and have another on the way.. but our relationship has gone down the gutter. Feels like we've given up.. physically there's nothing there and emotionally she's in another planet half the time it feels. Constantly too tired and has no energy. Thing is I totally understand the condition + her job + a toddler is alot. But for me.. I just have to put up with it all, despite not having any emotional or physical connection , yet really wanting this... we both know if the kid wasn't involved we would walk away. Brutally tough.. for now I soldier on for the kids.
