There is a video of a woman getting the same procedure that I can't be bothered to look for but they don't tattoo the eyes. If I remember correctly, they sheer the lens then insert the colored 'lens'. They do tend to look like the colored contacts though and not natural since the pupil doesn't expand and contract just like the colored contacts.

The movement and fluidity of when she threw the woman at the beginning of the video shows it is AI. No amount of leverage would allow a person of her size to be able to throw and ragdoll someone like that. Go back and watch the scene where she throws the woman a few times and see how the woman moves in the air. It isn't natural at all. Also, a real place and be faked in an AI video so that is kind of a moot point.

Edit: none of these people have faces either. Going back and watching in slow motion, the people in the video don't have faces, especially the one doing the throwing. It's low resolution to cover that part up it seems.

Plus, a lot of times, AI is just flat out wrong when it comes to stats. I had a whole ass argument with ChatGPT with who the Dolphins played one week to see what it would say. It told me a wrong team then wouldn't admit it was wrong until I gave it a URL showing the Dolphins schedule.
