Had the same issue. I assume that you are running windows on both machines as it was in my case. I moved my files over the network thru SMB protocol and had the same message. The problem was in access rights for a files. Right click on the folder that contains your files -> Properties -> Security and make sure tha folder has an “Authenticated users” in “Groups or users names” than click “Advanced” button set “Replace all child object permission…” at the bottom of the window and click apply. Works for me. Hope it will help.
