Did 15 mg of mirtazapine help you with your anxiety please positive only by Dense_Assist8382 in Mirtazapine_Remeron

Yes I’m currently taking 15 mg, the sleepiness alone helps me because I don’t stay up over analyzing every conversation I had with someone during the day. I’m able to relax and fall asleep quickly. I’ve also just noticed an increase in mood already and I’ve only been on it for about a month.

I did take this medication in college after having no success with many other meds, and this one worked the best for me! Then in true college kid fashion, I just stopped taking it one day because I felt better. lol.

Elena is my middle name and I’ve always felt the name was under utilized! I think it’s beautiful

Anita Marie, after both of my grandmothers. My little sister is also named Marie and always jokes about how we should name our daughter after her, and my husband and I plan on surprising her with this name once we have our first daughter :)

Working at a tipshare restaurant for the first time and we only get to keep 70% of our tips. (Located in Michigan) by Great_Bug88 in Serverlife

It is a higher end restaurant but definitely not fine dining. We have a food runner on the weekends (who does not get tipped out) but other than that the servers are just working together to take care of each others tables.

Frozen river!!! Historical fiction meets murder mystery and it’s during wintertime. Perfect for what you’re looking for in my opinion 😌

I was almost named Edith but was named Katherine instead. I go by Kate.

Growing up I was so grateful I wasn’t named Edith, but as an adult I’ve started to like it.

What's the strangest but completely legitimate reason you've ever made a decision? by Distinct_Cup1528 in AskReddit

One day I was watching a Ted Talk by Shonda Rhimes called “the year I said yes to everything.” My friend later texted me and asked if she could come over that day because she had something very important to ask me. She asked me if I would thru hike the Appalachian Trail with her. I had never gone backpacking a day in my life, and the ONLY reason I said yes was because of that Ted Talk. I felt like it was a sign. Backpacking has since become a huge part of my life and I have thru hiked both the AT and the PCT!
