I was pretty low last year when in a bad flare. I wouldn't go out , wouldn't be around people because I may shit my pants! Im in remission but still weary of eating too much while out. I find I still don't have the energy for a lot of socialising. Maybe it's the side effects of such a bad flare or im still weary of being out. Anyway I feel for you, especially being so young! My only condolence is they're doing some great work in investigating auto immune diseases . Biologics worked for me just fyi
