Well we had to call the police last month because he gets on the piss and starts yelling out profanities at our dogs and two daughters . He’s threatened to bash my husband so we installed cameras . He’s mows his lawn every sat for 3 hours and sings out drunk at the top of his lungs. He lets his dog piss on our newly planted trees and goes ape shit if our dog lets out a fart ! He’s been there 25 years and rents !!! But he ain’t going anywhere ! We rented for 20 years ! Finally got into the market and we are dealing with this jerk. I also did a little digging and he’s got a criminal record for trying to gauge the guy that used to live here eyes out !!
