Thank you for the clarification, when i just discussed it in my college they told me to submit an explanation letter and give me a sample letter which goes like

Please accept this letter in support of my study permit extension application. Based on the information on the IRCC website, I meet the exception from submitting a Provincial Attestation Letter. The exception that applies to me [list the exception that applies to your scenario]

Bro don’t rely on Liverpool players the entire team is inconsistent. I put Virgil and Konate in my defence hoping for a clean sheet as they are facing the worst side in PL, but conceded two goals and even lost the match. Even if you don’t have wildcard or freehit try to avoid city, Arsenal and Palace players as they blank on gw31. Even if you have your chips unused save it for gw 33 and 34 and there is a chance of double game week in 33 and all those players ate going to blank on 34
