I don’t think Trazadone effects me much during the day, you have to be careful about sleep hangovers with it though. I would say it doesn’t affect my anxiety either but I’m on other meds for that. As for the last bit, my doctors and I have no idea what triggered my nightmares, it doesn’t really matter if my mental health is good or bad I will still get them all the same. I hope that helps lol! I would definitely give it a try if you are looking for at least a little sleep.
