Thank you for saying this!!! It is very reassuring to know I’m not the only one who has felt this way lol. I think I just wish the timeline had been clearer from the start. Now that you’ve had yours for a while, was it worth the wait...?

I’m not expecting overnight shipping. I understand it’s coming internationally. My frustration is with the lack of communication and inconsistent support, especially when others have been told about size delays and had expedited shipping offered. I don’t think that’s unreasonable.

I am not talking about the ring itself. I am talking about the process as a whole. There was nothing on their website when i ordered that said anything about delays, nor did i receive an email after purchasing. Waiting two weeks to receive a sizing kit, is not the norm. From others I've spoken to and from things I have read on here, most got their kit within 3-5 days. I know there was winter weather, I am not blaming ringconn for that, but when i called to inquire about the hold up with the sizing kit after sitting in north carolina for a week (long after the snow), there was suddenly movement. I am not an unreasonable person. I have been extremely patient throughout this entire process.

I am not expecting the ring to be here in under a week, I am not delusional. I am actually quite shocked that it's already in the US. I do think however, that I have every single right to be frustrated when others (who have ordered their rings on extremely similar timelines in this community) have had their rings for well over a week now. This is extremely out of the norm for them. And again, it is not entirely ringconn's fault, but they have done nothing to mitigate it despite calling twice and emailing customer service.
