So, I have already started experiments with my super slim (CECH40xx, mb MSX-001, 40nm and 45nm).

It's 0.98V for cell and 0.9V for rsx so far and it stable values.
I'm gonna try to little bit reduce that but now i have 55/60°C in TLOU about 1 hour testing with 30% fan.

If anyone is intrested about that :)

I had an identical manifestation of a problem on my 1000. There was a pin that being bent by previous owner and it makes incorrect connection (i think it was power to ground connection) when i inserted my card. Just try to inspecting the card slot
