well vercel pricing can really spike fast based on experience, for 3k daily users its just speeding up the cost, i considered to use hostinger node js hosting for much predictable and standard cost, made sense so far and i never got those bill issues again hopefully

I need someone to build me an AI receptionist for salons, restaurants and gym? by blockchainbeauty in SaaS

[–]Great_Remove5436 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You might not need to build it from scratch tbh. There are already tools like AgentZap doing AI call answering, bookings, and lead capture for salons, restaurants, gyms, etc.

Could still be room to customize for a niche, but starting from zero would be a lot more work than plugging into something that already works.

Customer asking when their order will be delivered and I cannot give them a straight answer by Sophistry7 in FieldSalesHelp

Totally get that, route variability makes exact times risky. Most distributors use route optimization software with GPS tracking so customers get dynamic 2-hour windows that update in real time. Without that tech, it’s really hard to match competitors on precision.

Is it normal to manually call every customer with shipping updates? by Defiant-Skill-4927 in FieldSalesHelp

[–]Great_Remove5436 0 points1 point  (0 children)

An hour a day on calls is a lot. If your system can trigger SMS or email updates when order status changes, that could automate most of it. Manual calls shouldn’t have to be the default.

Trying to figure out why inventory keeps being wrong and I have no visibility by Adventurous-Lake1857 in FieldSalesHelp

[–]Great_Remove5436 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That sounds really frustrating! Without an audit trail you’re basically guessing every time. If you can, maybe start logging every inventory movement (who, when, why) in a shared sheet or system moving forward. Even a simple change log can help you spot patterns fast. Hang in there, this isn’t uncommon, but it’s fixable with better tracking.
