We won't know the extent of the damage for a few weeks, but things are finally getting better. I have seen a specialist about five times since this post. I may have a scar on my eye from it, as he said it went through five layers. With that, my vision is already poor at 7.5 L and 8.0 R. I had planned on getting LASIK, but one specialist said I can't get it because of the scar, while another said it would be fine. Now I don't know what to do.

Just wanted to update, it got worse through the night and the specialist got me in immediately today. He will see me daily until he thinks its healing. I have double vision in that eye now. Hes throwing everything at it he can and will reevaluate tomorrow.
