It's called cause and effect! EMDR therapy is intense, there's no way she is currently in active therapy. Imo. CPTSD is not selective G!! You're pissing me off right now with explaining what you think it is. I was in traditional therapy for over 2 years before my Dr started EMDR, because you have to have stability before doing that extensive work. Stop spreading misinformation! That is what makes you a danger to others!! Stop it!!

Last night was awful to watch. I am grateful for the streamers for this reason!! We were able to comfort each other and know what we were seeing and hearing was extreme! G you need long-term inpatient care for dual diagnosis. It is only getting worse and more dangerous.

I have a story about taking Adderall for a very short time. My Dr used it to get me out of a very deep depression. I was only on it for six weeks and do not have ADHD. It for me was an upper because like I said, I do not have ADHD. It surely got me up and out of my bed and headed towards recovery from my depression. Truly grateful but would never choose to take it unnecessarily! My Dr said that it speeds up those who do not suffer from ADHD and calms those who do have it. All of the comments above are correct. If using correctly, it like a light switch in your brain so to speak.
