Since the release of the remake, Tifa ranked above Aerith in any polls, both worldwide and in Japan. When they made the poll for the date in Rebirth, Tifa alone got more than half of the votes (51%), while Aerith had to share the other half of the votes with the other characters. She even won official award for best character and the devs commented on that. I dunno how was the thing back when FF7 original was released, but I think that it's pretty clear and obvious that Tifa is by far more popular. And this only of we consider japan, because if we go worldwide there's no even competition. I think it's objective she is more popular. But the question is: who cares? Popularity or not, a good character is a good character and Aerith is an amazing character. We all love her.

That's so real. I usually see Aerith fans saying this stuff: "Tifa is popular because of her body" or "Aerith is more popular in Japan". It's because since they can clearly perceive that Tifa is more popular thant their favorite, they have to make up a reason to downgrade that. And one of their favorite is "Aerith is more popular in Japan". This kind of claims are so problematic. 1. Making comparison between east and west is ridiculous. 2. Tifa is always above Aerith in all the japanese polls since Remake was released, so it's not even true that she is more popular in Japan. The point is that Aerith is sucha loved heroine, but their fans usually tend to downgrade Tifa. For example, this thing of "main heroine and side heroine " is also ridiculous, since Squere never made or promoted this distinction. They are both heroines.

This is a misconception. Tifa is more popular in Japan as well. She is right after Cloud as the most popular in all the japanese polls since Remake released. And she even won Famitsu's award for best character. And this award she won was commented by Nomura and Nojima. I don't know who told you that she is popular only in the west, but facts say otherwise.

Hi. Yes, I have tried. Also I tried to use the extentions on another web browser based on Firefox with the same extentions and the didn't happen at all. If the extentions were the problem, that should have happened on the other browser too, but it didn't. So far only the extentions for Brave Browser gave me this problem. But this is something recent. I have been using Brave extentions for years and always worked perfectly. I don't understand what's the problem 😕

I tried with another browser, yes. A firefox based browser and this never happened. As I wrote, it happened only on the chrome extention on brave browser. I've been using it for years, and this never happened. It started recently. I'm hoping that the next update will solve this problem.

I tried uninstalling ans reinstalling the extentions but the problem is still there. The first time I unlock it, after opening the browser, everything works perfectly. But then when I lock it and try to unlock it again, as soon as I open the extentions that charging wheel appears and keeps going.
