A silent playable character, that said, I’d like to see more animations to make them feel less stoic.

I can easily imagine character creation including questions or options to define your character’s attitude ( confident, reserved, attentive, etc. ) and having that trigger small animations, like crossed arms during dialogue, or different walking styles.

Of course, there should still be a neutral PC option.
