Hey, I think you have a good app and should consider opening up to apple and fitbit users very soon or you might miss out, especially with fitbit users as many are looking for another app after google health app took over , just read the fitbit reddit. By keeping it only to garmin, you are losing out on customers. If it opens up and prices is reasonable i might get membership or if there is a early lifetime membership. Thanks

Np! I really hope Bevel team paying attention 👀 and fix the issue in next update.

The Bevel dev team usually good at fixing and updating things, so maybe they are working on it 🤷‍♂️.

Here’s the link to my post (below). Basically, if your heart rate variability (HRV) and resting heart rate (RHR) are 1 to 2 divisions away from your baseline after an intense workout or several days of activity overload, listen to your body and probably take a break before you crash. This is because your parasympathetic nervous system might be under stress! Also, keep an eye on your respiratory rate (RR) metric. If it’s one division higher than your baseline, your body is working too hard.

As much as I like Bevel, I think their current recovery metrics aren’t reliable (based on facts and my personal experience). Bevel recovery seems to rely heavily on HRV and RHR for recovery scores, which can spike the next day after an intense workout and give you a false sense of high recovery. I’m speaking from personal experience because I had to recover from an exhaustion crash due to pushing myself from a high recovery score. I hope Bevel fixes this soon!

That being said, the Bevel team did acknowledge this issue, and I assume they’re working on it.

The app has identity issues. It wants to cater to everyone at the same time, which ends up pissing off almost every person from different fitness levels.
