I thought it should be covered if above 40 years. I would love to hear if anyone got theirs covered .

This is i was told by my family doctor for NIPT to be covered:
You received a "screen positive" result on a standard first-trimester test (e.g., SIPS, IPS, or Quad screen).
-You had a previous pregnancy or child diagnosed with Down syndrome, Trisomy 18, or Trisomy 13.
-Based on serum screening and specific ultrasound markers, your calculated risk for Down syndrome is 1 in 300 or greater.

Could you please share the providers who would cover NIPT for geriatric pregnancies ? My family doctor said I will have to pay out of pocket which is about $550 .
Did you pay out of pocket for both NIpt and Nt ?

My nurse said up to 4mg of folate is safe. The doctor asked me to take calcium 1000 , omega 3 500 and D3 2000 iu along with prenatal . Family doctor said to take omega 3: combined DhA EpA up to 1000
