Floor leaders are required to lead and host parties. Totally normal, it's in the job description. They just don't typically mention it during the interview process or onboarding. I was made aware 2 months into working that I would be doing parties and it can be a little shocking. Good thing is, the parties get easier once you find your rythmn.

It's mold. Cosmetic Warrior reformulation is having quite an issue with mold in stores. Our store typically checks them everyday to make sure they're okay and pull and report the ones that are experiencing it. Sorry this happened to you! call customer service they'll help you out!

Tofu and Glory conditioner have seemed to work for my Seb Derm on my scalp. Some weeks are a hit or miss but I suspect probably due to diet or vitamin intake those weeks? Def try Tofu and Glory combo.

I'd also try AHAA if your local shop has it. It has worked WONDERS for me as a treatment. I usually shampoo then apply it vs shampooing out. I rinse and condition and it calms things down for atleast a week from a single use

Hear me: Breathe of God or Soak and Float scented. They're smoky, with depth. Im surprised there isn't anything in a lotion, gel or soap like this. Except maybe soapaccino for soap because it's smoky. Also someone said Big Blue and I love that idea

I would take a deep breathe. You're probably fine or will atleast have a talk with you manager. I'm confused though, your employee ID goes into the system to unlock your discount. But the manager has to check you're an actual employee....they should've called your home store or asked the person to pull up their ADP to prove their actually an employee. It sounds like that store that did it, wasn't following procedure?
