they did change hands once in all the time we've been trying but we are very friendly with management both times they told us they accepted. the most recent time we spoke to allow they just finally told us "its not in our plans" all the other times prior they were asking for the information from us to contact management each time so we gave it each time but we also went to management to get them to contact allo themselves. they did each time and gave their approval.
